i'm doing a shoot for my school tomorrow. haha..with michelle! things are going to be so fun with her around. hee.
and like i said, its the first time we're doing something for SCHOOL together.

hee.. i love these pictures!
i went out with dada on friday night too.
did nothing much though. but really enjoyed ourselves!
this is just the weirdest thing about couples.
they can feel happy doing nothing, just staring into each others' faces.
haha..
we sat in cafe cartel half the night, watching soccer together.
and miumiu was trying to tell me stuff about soccer.
(hmm.. not too bad. quite interesting at times)
haha.. i think the best thing about the soccer is the boys involved.
got new earrings too! hee.
went to snooze over at dada's place.

we came back to my place and gathered with my family members after watching final destination 3 together.
(miumiu thinks it is a totally GROSSED OUT show!)
my family is a hyper lot. haha.. from kids to my aunts.
the kids' fave activities - hitting each other with stuff
the adult's fave activites - singing, drinking, talking dirty at the same time.
i just love hanging out with them so much. lol.
and miumiu loves them too.

yes we're all going bangkok together.
now, its not just my mom and brother,

its also great fun to have everyone out enjoying together.
haha.. except that miumiu and i will have to make another shot at our "er ren shi jie" tour.
after singing, i helped my cousin and auntie with their pedicure!

♥uniform party at coco latte♥
i went over to dada's house area for dinner together before heading over to the dnd uniform bash at coco latte.:)
wore pretty white shoes!
but it hurts a little. sobs.
the uniform bash was a little boring at first.
haha. tons of doctors!
you can easily guess why.
lab coats are so lavishly available.
haha. quite a few from the food industry too.
waiters, chef like me! haha..
blah blah. and teachers too! completed with a few students too.
but still kinda boring. haha.. aiya.
hall bash can't expect much.
in such small area too.
but it felt really good to meet up with old dnd folks again!
like cham hwee who dressed up like a painter, celine, nadya etc.

we thought the chef's hat kinda look like a nurse's too. haha.
and i won best dress! (so you can sort of expect what the standard is like)
some didn't really took the effort to dress up.
i think i won best dress because i was the only chef there?
haha.
i like the sink in the toilet there too.
it says:

haha.. check it out.
the folks started drinking and pole danced. haha..
the organisers are left with alot of drink coupons and we changed for alot of drinks.
undoubtedly, i got drunk again.
sigh.
almost puked when i reached home.
miumiu was half drunk too. haha.
then we came over to my place and concussed straightaway.
we can't even walk properly to the bathroom to wash up!
i managed to remove my makeup though. :p
no compromises with pimply face the next day.
tired but great night catching up with my old time darlings.

it was a crazy club-hopping nightfrom double O to MoS to Zouk.
the crowd at DlbO was quite sad. haha.. who cares. we went there for drinks only. hee.
the music at MoS was atrocious!
we finally ended up in Zouk.
Phuture's music rocks my world! hahaa..
it was qimin's sort of a birthday gathering (she said it wasn't meant to be a celebration)
hehe..
so rosaline and i shared and bought her a little something.
hee. i was SO forgetful!
i actually bought something for her earlier on, but i forgot to bring it out with me!
FORGETFUL!
it was great to meet dear xiang too! haha.
although we din get to dance together so something.. (remember earlier we mentioned about the music being erally bad)
and min, xiang and yiyi didn't come along to zouk. sigh.
ANYWAY,
rosaline, sindy, weilin went zouk later!
and jaws and qiujin joined us shortly.

it was SOOOO much better there.

i went tanning with fanny dear on fine wednesday morning!it was nice catching up with her! :)

it started drizzling after we started sunning ourselves for a while.

yay!i bought my new phone already lo! :D :D
the brand new K750i! although its not really the latest design on market,
but its facilities and camera really attracted me!
just now i tested on the camera.
i went into my pitch-black storeroom to take photos also can!
i was so so so amazed. hahaha.
can take photos with the girls on wednesday and the uniform bitches on thursday already!

i'm getting a new phone tomorrow!using my uncle's mobile plan to upgrade and get the phone at a much lower price!
yippeee.
am getting sony ericsson's K750i :)
checked out cnetasia.com and read the reviews about the various phones i'm more interested in.
K750i was rated an average of 83% with Nokia 6111 with only a 62% from the users.
i knew i'm going to get K750i.
i must make a wise choice and not get another "bimbo" phone like the one i had.
pretty but f-useless.
like what key had said, the phone is packed with a mighty 2 megapixels camera with flash, mp3, video recording, FM radio etc. but just that the screen of the phone is a little too small.
anyway, so far i think its the better choice when compared with other high end phones.
in terms of prices and specs.

my camera is broken. hopefully i can get a phone with good camera facilities to take pictures for the time being. saying about taking pictures! haha. mr nice - jason yeo came to my house yesterday morning with his "chef apprentice" uniform! haha.. the uniform is totally cute! exactly like a teppanyaki chef's attire :p i'll be wearing that for the DND bash at cocolatte this thursday! not sure what miumiu is going to wear though. hmm.. his brother's lab coat? hee.

i've been lemming for a phone for so long.my 2 year plan has been used by my dad for his VS3.
FORTUNATELY for me, this friend of mine wants to change her mobile plan but do not wanna get a phone so could help me get one at a cheaper price! :)
have been considering N3230 or N6111.
i wonder which one is better.
N3230 accepts a memory card which guarantees higher memory.
can store mp3s too!
but i heard the buttons are really pain in the ass.
N6111 is sleek and pretty, has a USB port to transport stuff away.
but the price is a bit steeper than the former.
i don't know man. gee.
i'm going qimin's birthday celebration plus a dancing trip at MoS this wednesday!
it has been a long long long time i last seen qimin and xiangyun!
and its going to be the first time i go MoS with sindy dear too! :D
i think i should get more people to MoS too!
can make it a little gathering for the other girls too.

♥my cameraless valentine's day.♥
valentine's day this year is hot and smelly.hot - curry fish head at banana leaf apolo something at little india.
smelly - make an intelligent guess.
it was rather good. rice with side dishes like yellowish cabbage (haha) and some green brinjal lookalike thing (hahahaha) topped with chicken curry for only $2.50.
and indian bread "naan" was fantastic! in fact could be better than roti prata, chappatti or thosai! *walaalalaa*
a huge serving of fish head curry! the diner only costs us a good $32.50!
which will probably only feed one mouth at other restaurants in town.
talking about being thrifty during valentine's day huh!
haha..
the restaurant gave me a stalk of rose too. means the dinner only costs $25.50.
:p
one thing to note.
kissing is going to be gross.
with all the curry smell. plus curry-smelling burps.
i'm all so little india lately. hahaha!
too bad i haven't got a camera. sigh.
ran into fanny dear and peixuan and sherlyn yesterday!
in fact, i ran into fanny dear thrice within one evening!
hee. it was really good to run into darlings!
i've decided not to get the cutie hello kitty camera too.
apparently, cute stuff doesn't lasts.
i've coaxed my mother into buying a decent camera with me.
at least someone to share the load. hee..
but of course, we can clearly deduce who is going to be using the cam more often after we get it. :p
i heard from miumiu that his brother asked him why the hell is he playing around with his white lab robe and stethofucksthetoscopwhateverscope.

♥we must treasure what we have, kids!♥
i had a great time gathering with my family at uncle's house.gambling.. eating together.. chatting..
but the trip home was a terrible experience.
miumiu, mommy, brother and i were on a cab home at 4 odd am.
as the cab was at TPE, we witnessed this shocking accident.
aite, we din really see it happening, but the aftermath was really terrible!
debris all over the place, and there were 4 vehicles involved.
one van, and 3 other cars.
worse still, when we were there,
the van driver was literally hanging his upper body over the window!
it just hanged motionlessly in the still-fuming vehicle
which was facing the on coming traffic at that time.
the ambulances and paramedics weren't there yet.
and onlookers were all flustering around seeing if there were anymore survivors.
as the cab passed by the van,
i noticed another driver lying motionlessly in another car further up the road.
his half side of the car was seriously crashed!
it really grips me with fear whenever i see such real and nervewrecking things.
the entire scene looks just like what i watch on teevee,
except that the person lying in the car could really be in real danger,
and he might have someone who holds him dearly,
perhaps someone who really needed him in life.
i just hope everything will be fine for the victims.
miumiu called the police immediately and reported the location of the accident.
and the worse thing is,
when we reached our destination, the stupid cab driver said that we should have called the newspaper. and you know for what?
TO GET THE $20 TOKEN OF APPRECIATION.
we were like "wtf!"
it left a deep impression in me.
the entire scene of accident was etched in my mind.
i was already having a nightmare before i fell asleep.
alright, negative things aside,
miumiu and i followed my mommy to her best friend's house on saturday!
there were cute kids, superhyper folks, and DRINKS!
hahahaha..
miu and i were drinking to our heart's content.
and my mom! terrible.
i heard she was drunk and puked the next day.
(i left earlier with miumiu at his place)
hahaha.. my drunkard mommy.
i gave my first time to TOTO too!
hahaha. sadly, i wasn't the lucky nine who shared the grand prize
if not, i won't be here now. will be crazy shopping already.

miumiu is a busy man.now that he is on attachment, we're having less opportunities to meet up.
he has to wake up at 6am every morning, and sleeps before midnight.
when i have time to speak to him over the phone at night, he'll be too tired to hog on the phone.
i can't blame him too. because this is the kind of lifestyle he should adopt to get ample rest.
and me being an average undergraduate, sleeps only at the wee hours every night.
we can hardly talk over the phone at night.
is it just me?
but i really love talking on the phone.
even if we're both keeping mum.
it just feels downright shiok to have that someone at the other side of the line.
you know it when his mom just called for him.
you know it when he needs to visit the toilet.
hahaha.. i'm kinda psychotic and childish sometimes i suppose.
not for him though, he told me when his ex girlfriend and himself drifted apart back then,
silence over the phone was the first sign.

♥i'm 20 something♥
ranting in here is definitely a great way to spend time talking to myself.technical communications class was an exciting one today.
it is already the 7th week and i haven't attended that class at all.
(minus the 2 tuesdays that happened to be public holidays)
the class was already divided into group for the upcoming project.
i felt so wasted when my teacher said,
"is any group willing to take peggy in if not she's not going to have a group."
AND no one made a sound.
argh. fortunately, some familiar faces in my lab class happened to be in the same tech communications class with me and they took me in.
i seriously hate projects.
probably because i'm like vincent. ALOOF too. hahaha.
my teacher said civil engineers have to learn how to work as a team because no one builds a building alone.
at that moment, i found another reason to hate studying as an engineer.
i'm blessed with a very enthusiastic tuition kid.
we missed one tuition class last week and this week, we're going to have a nice 3 sessions to make up for what we've lost.
actually, being full time tutor might be a great deal after all.
perhaps that is another alternative i can turn to after i graduate.
lol.
seriously, at 21 year old. have you thought of what you'll turn out to be in future?
as the graduate-and-step-into-society line draws nearer and nearer,
my nerves wreck stronger and stronger.
i told my mother i really hate growing up,
and she laughed at me!
she told me that 20s is actually the best time in one's life.
to me, i think it has to be 16 years old.
i've been suffering for almost 5 years already.
not an adult yet, and no longer a teenager.

after another hectic weekend, its school again.i went face threading with mom at little india.
only $15!!! to have the whole face threaded!
dirt cheap when compared to the horrifying prices at orchard area.
one of my friend had ner upper lip threaded at a shop in far east plaza and it costs her around $7.
only the upper lip orh!
now you can feel the difference yah! haha..
i think it only costs like $2 to thread your upper lip in little india.
and $5 to have nicely shapes brows.
threading beats tweezing or shaving.
1. because tweezing, although it also removes the hair right from the roots, it will be a longer process. and no! a painful process should be made as swift as possible. so threading is in, tweezing is out.
2. threading is exceptionally good for sensitive skin. god knows why. but i read it somewhere before.
3. when you go have your eyebrows threaded, you can shun bian have your whole face threaded! haha. it brightens up your entire face and also, makeup glides on more willingly. perfect!
4. not too sure about waxing.. but i think threading the upper lip is not painful at all. quite shiok in fact when you see the hair all flying away from your face. lol. say bye bye to unwanted mooshi.
(mooshi = moustache, my brother always call moustache that since he was a baby)

the indian auntie kept commenting: "you are so hairy!" when she was doing the threading. hahaha..
i hear hairy people got very high sex drive.

♥i bullied miumiu♥
miumiu had a gathering today with his JC classmates.and he came over to my house after work to rest for awhile before setting off.
i hate to see him go away.
so i was determined to make him give the gathering a miss!
he gave my 12 tries to scan his phonebook for the person IC for the gathering.
and if i manage to find that person's name out,
he will stay!

..
but i failed. :(
miumiu slept on my bed as i was mugging away.
and i painted his toenails.

♥my wednesday♥
working out is no longer an "adult thing" anymore.few days ago, i saw my brother discreetly following the steps from "tv media".
ahhhh.... a new exercise machine on sale! hahaha...
and my brother appeared to be quite attracted to the wonders that thing can do.

caught him exercising with my dumb bells yesterday afternoon.
HAHAHAHA.
with the passe techno music to boost his adrenaline.
looking like a PRO SIA!
i got confidence my brother is going to shed those baby flabs of his.

as for me, of course doing the things girls should do.

mend an old bag - a very gorgeous old bag ;)
it was actually a xmas pressie from dada a year ago.
but the handle part tore and
after keeping it above my cupboard for 6 months,
i suddenly got the urge to fix it again.

my home economics classes haven't gone to waste at all!

miumiu was so lucky! he won some handsome $100 heeren shops voucher at some CNY party in camp.

so we went over to the heeren shops and were determined to buy something there.
as you know, me being so thrifty.. haha.. don't like to spend his money lavishly.

i was torn between a pair of havaianas slipper, adidas sandals, and braaaazilian kitten heels.
AFTER SERIOUS consideration! i picked the 3rd choice!
a brand new pair in chiillllliii RED!
i was a little guilty after we made the purchase though.
because i recalled that i actually still have another pair of brand new RED shoes at home.
but sigh. girls-shoes-girls-shoes-girls-shoes.
there is such a deep affinity between the former and the latter.
i had to "pay" miumiu a small token of money because he's buying me a pair of shoes.
according to the old wives' tales, if some dude buys his gf a pair of shoes,
its like asking her to RUN AWAY! *scratch*
so miumiu asked for 10 cents from me.
BUT NO! WHAT? 10 CENTS?!
i decided that i should give him a dollar.
i believe that will keep me from running away for a longer period of time.

we were so totally bored S T I F F drifting around in orchard.
actually we just wanted to spend some time together.
i really pity couples in singapore. how many places can we go, seriously!
sentosa, esplanade, east coast, orchard, city hall, bugis, blah blah.
no matter where we go. it's either eat or shop or watch movie blah.
miu and i were so adventurous not too long ago we even ventured to little india and haji lane together!
haha..
we really need to have more common interests.

i really love having us together at our family gatherings though.
its like.. not only us, but the whole FAMILY!
