♥Merry Christmas!♥

firstly, merry christmas to all readers! :*D
sorry that i haven't been updating the blog lately! haha.

but i promise an exciting post ahead!
i met up with my girlfriends again!
and for the christmas and to welcome the new year,
i got myself some new hair! lol.
no i'm not wearing a wig! its HAIR EXTENSIONS!!!
hehehe.
i'm been lusting for long hair since forever, i believe most of my gfs would understand.
so i thought although having hair extensions can be quite a chore,
i should give myself a lil pressie for the new year! hehehe!
so here goes!
how do i look? wahahahahaha!

i feel a little uneasy everytime i look at the mirror after the extensions were being put up.
it doesn't feel like me at all.
and worst of all, i had to go to work on the day i had my extensions done.
it was something i did on impulse!
but it was really pretty exciting! hahaha!

here's how the extension looks like.
it took more than 2 hours to have all the extensions on!!!
and mighty sindy dear actually accompanied me throughout the entire process!!!!
where to find this kind of friend!!!!!

the girls said i looked like punk rocker with the extensions!
haha!
because there is a distinct difference in length halfway down the head where the real hair meets the extensions.
so its like capped with short hair and then long hair down all the way.
really look quite mud rock. LOL.

the night after the party was terrible!
i never thought WASHING HAIR CAN BE SUCH A CHORE!!!!
*pant pant*
a part of me really regretted getting the extensions.
but sometimes they really look quite nice. lol.
i don't know.
but i seriously don't think the extensions will last more than a month.
it gives me headaches when i sleep at night because of the knobs tied on the hair.
and i got a smashing 165 EXTENSIONS! haha!
madness right?
what i can say is - enjoy it while i still have it! yay.
YIPPPEE!

i headed over to melvyn's house for thanksgiving dinner today!
brought philson along too. and sindy was there too!
it was a terrific night to hang out with them!
they're REALLY nice people and i totally dig them!!!

i got to meet new people like alvin's gf (karen), kaidi's gf (candice), sweechuan's gf (jiafeng) and yuefen's bf (tim) !!!
all super nice people!
i'm really blessed with nice people all around. hee! :*D

dinner was great!!
turkey.. pork ribs.. hams.. stewed mutton.. log cake..
i feel like a totally carnivore today! :)

and as usual, we played silly games too! haha!
see how the guys are not allowed to sit. can only squat. lol.


sindy dear's presence made the night more enjoyable too! :)

unfortunately not all of them stayed for the log cake supper :(
however, here are the lucky few! :D

and last but not least, a little dosage of miumiu to end the christmas entry!
i had to work on christmas eve itself. v poor thing. boo.
but miumiu's presence on christmas day made up for it! :*)
i'm wearing my christmas pressie too!
new dress from topshop! hehehehe!

bury all the hatchets and forget about all the teeny weeny disagreements you've had!

enrainz, i WAS TOTALLY feeling awkward about long hair too!
i think i still dig short hair!
haha. im just keeping it now to make the money well spent. lol.
